Koodo Webstore is ignoring me. Trying to return before 15 day deadline expires


Trying to initiate a phone return (within 15 days) but have been ignored for 48 hours (during reg business hours). Not sure if Koodo is trying to wait out the 15-day return deadline or if they're just really really busy but the end result is the same if I can't return in time and thus get stuck with the phone... Koodo, you there?

The webstore has been hit or miss in my opinion.  If you are not hearing anything back, I recommend contacting Koodo via private message on facebook or twitter and a rep will be able to assist
I called the webstore 15 times in a row before I got an answer for the same issue. You really have to harass them.

An email sent to the web store will set the date of your request in concrete.

"If you need assistance with an order you placed online at koodomobile.com, contact the Koodo Webstore team at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com"

Odd. I had dealt with the Web Store multiple times over the span of a month back when the S8+ came out (Ordered S8+, showed up defective. They shipped a second one, I sent first back. Second one also had defective display, sent it back and ordered a G6 instead. Then got full refund for S8+).

I had several email exchanges with them about the whole mess, and they replied every time next day. They even called me clarify the refund. I have no complaints about the Web Store.

They even shipped not only the replacement S8+, but also the G6 in the end the same day I emailed them.

They do have strange hours, and I have received email replies on a Saturday also.

I think the Web Store and the warehouse are separate, and staffed differently. They may also have different hours.

It is maybe a little bit off topic here but how is your G6 so far? Have you ever had to return or exchange it. Do you think that exchange process has to do with a brand or a model of the phone?

I have no issues with the G6. It's faster than the S8+ was, and the dual camera is awesome. It's also cheaper than the S8+, so that's also a bonus. Sure, it doesn't have some of the software toys Samsung has, but it's a solid phone.

The S8+ is fine now. They just had issues with the displays on the first batch back when they launched. Unfortunately, I ended up getting two consecutive bad ones, so I gave up.

update: finally heard back from Koodo today (they apologized for late reply) so moving forward now on return process. If anything goes amiss I will update. For now all good.
