Trying to initiate a phone return (within 15 days) but have been ignored for 48 hours (during reg business hours). Not sure if Koodo is trying to wait out the 15-day return deadline or if they're just really really busy but the end result is the same if I can't return in time and thus get stuck with the phone... Koodo, you there?
