Koodo trying to rip me off and the customer service advisors on the phone dont care at all


I was wrongly charged for calls I did not make, I have international call blocked on my phone and still don't know why koodo will go ahead to charge me for an international call, The call I didn't make, customer service is just a joke. I have been holding the line now for about 45 mins. Am gonna find better service provider, am fed up.

Anthony, what charges exactly did you recieve on your phone bill? Look at page 3 of your ebill and let us know what category the charge is under and we may be able to help you understand. Cindy, what seems to be the reason as to why you want to cancel? If you plan on switching to another provider i suggest just porting your number over so your account with Koodo is automatically cancelled.

Also, be aware that while it is possible to block calling to countries which require an international dialling prefix, it is NOT possible to block calls to countries which are part of the North American Numbering Plan. These countries include: United States and its territories, Canada, Bermuda, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, Sint Maarten, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and Turks & Caicos.
The country in question is outside the countries listed above, Why then are your guys (Koodo) not investigating the matter? Why exhibiting I don't care attitude towards a customer, it's very frustrating and disappointing. I still want this matter investigated, I shouldn't be made to pay for your mistakes, it's absolutely unfair.

@ Anthony, looks like you got through and we explained that your line (the one ending with 29) is not blocked for international LD. The $5 worth of overseas calls were made from that line the last week of March and early April. 
@Bernard, Official Rep, I have had block on my phone for years, why has it malfunctioned now? And you said I spoke you your colleague, you guys are just full of xxx, I spoke to someone who has no clue of what I wanted and I asked for a manager and a complaints dept, you just left me on the phone on hold for over 53'mins the first time and and on joke for 56 minutes the second time , haven't gotten through to some reasonable person still.@Bernard, next time do your investigation and speak to all parties before you start making comments
