Koodo sends promotional messages to my wife's phone but they're addressed to me.


I don't get the same offers. When I log into self serve, the correct phone numbers show up under our prospective names, but in my profile, my name is shown beside both numbers. I would like to take advantage of the promotion but I cant reply to the text because it wasn't sent to my phone. I don't understand.....please explain.

Hi Highlandfarmer,

Various offers are targetted to various accounts for different reasons. Since both phones seem to be under your name, the offer would address the account holder. If the offer is sent to your wife's phone, then the offer would apply to her sub-account. Even if both phones are on the same account, these types of offers are only available on a per-line bassis I believe.
