I recently moved across the country and I am attending college. As I await my internet services being hooked up I need to use cellular data for research assignments. Whenever I run out of data I have the option to text back saying "yes" to purchase 100mb of data for $5 or clicking the link to purchase either 300MB for $10 or 1GB for $20. I would like to purchase the 1GB for $20, however the following message pops up EVERY TIME I try; "Your request wasn't completed due to a system error. Try again and please make sure your phone is connected to the Koodo network." Because of this I am forced to purchase the 100MB for $5 so in the long run I am only getting 400MB for $20 rather than 1GB. This is really angering me and I feel as if Koodo is purposely doing this so that I won't get the deal on data, and will in the long run end up spending more.
