koodo password change


why is it when you ask for password change that when you click on link it says 'sorry your change request has expired'
and that was in a space of three hours.
this is ridiculous and needs looking at.

Do you mean you requested it and then 3 hours later your responded to the email? If so that's for security purposes and it needs to be done right after requesting it.
Thats not easy at one time they sent it at 2am in the morning!

The change password email should come to you right away.  If it is not clicked on soon, it does expire
