i use koodo prepaid iphone 4 and i dont believe my phone has expired. I called *611 and it auto disconnected. Then I called it again and it said I was having issues so it attempted to connect me to a customer representative, then I called again and it disconnected, then I called again and it said that it couldn't retrieve my number and i had to manually input it. then now *611 just constantly disconnects. is this an issue on koodo's end or mine?
