I purchased 2 phones with Koodo. One for me and one for my daughter. Koodo is texting my daughter with billing information (which of course she's going to ignore). I want them texting my phone with that info (as I pay the bill;-) I was going to email them, but they seem to charge for most things and don't think I should be charged to have them switch numbers for texting. Anything I can do without contacting them?
