Hi! I am currently with Koodo's QC 49$ (5+1 gb) plan. I noticed that for Bright Friday, Koodo has an additional limited-time promotional offer on the QC 49$ (5+1 gb) plan, which offers an additional 2gb to this plan for the next 24 months.
Last year, the Bright Friday promotional offer was only given to upgrading or new customers. However, I read on the Koodo Mobile website this year, that this plan is also for renewing customers.
I first tried to change the plans myself by logging into Self-Serve. However, when I tried to log in to hopefully select the plan, I wasn't able to find the additional 2 gb in the details for the QC 49$ (5+1gb) plan. So I thought I would be able to find it in the add-ons. However, after looking into the add-ons, I wasn't able to find it there either.
With the website being so congested at this point in time, I was wondering if there was anything the Koodo agents can do to help me regarding this issue.
