I have received a bill from Koodo even though I DECLINED to proceed with with moving my service to Koodo. It took all Saturday on the phone to regain control of my phone service after Koodo made a mess of this. A Koodo rep (a real person) assured me there would be no bill as I NEVER HAD KOODO service! What do I need to do to get rid of you?
I make a point of not doing business with phone companies who will not speak to me on the phone. Trust me, you will never get my business after this fiasco.
