Hi. Wondering if I can keep the same phone number o have if I’m getting a new phone at Koodo and leaving bell?

I have the same situation, I want to move koodo and keep my number. I do not have a problem with my phone and number in Koodo, I controlled both and are fine. My question is how long takes to receive my new SIM and also the activation process after I buy a SIM card online.

It depends on where you live. If you buy a SIM alone, it should be quick (1-2 business days + shipping). Shipping is the problem as it might take longer than usual as of now.

Yes just visit Koodo and tell them your like to port your number from bell to koodo. Don't close your bell account this will happen automatically when you port the number to koodo and bell will send you a final bill with any amounts owing them.
