Just activated my phone by calling Koodo but the plan I chose and the plan I got aren't right

I just activated my phone by calling Koodo, the only thing is my plan isn't completely right. I asked for the $40 medium tab plan but the bonus 500Mb and the 1000 international long distance minutes don't show up on my account. Do I have to call them back? Or is it there and just doesn't show up on my account? Thanks

I decided to call back but wait times are over 45 minutes....
My issue has been resolved.
