Issue with bill credits

I signed on to Koodo back in November 2018 using the P2P migration, $35 5GB Unltd min Plan SFD . Technically I was suppose to receive a "$15 P2P Credit 12 months* - $15.00" credit monthly, but I have not received it for my last 2 bills. Can anyone help?

Hello @McChungy!

Have you ported over or changed your phone number after activating your Koodo account?

That could be the reason why the credit has dropped.

If that's the case, then you can schedule a callback using the Koodo assist to have a representative fix this issue for you.

Sometimes it can take even your third bill. If after your third bill you have nothing, then I would suggest sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.
