Is this a glitch? Stop teasing me Koodo!


Today I have tried both on my mobile (iphone5) and my desktop to get this limited deal. On my iPhone it won’t let me check out because it says the deal isn’t available in my province. On my desktop the deal disappears after I select my $45 Tab Medium plan I currently have. If I can’t have this deal why is it even a notification for me? I’m getting really frustrated.

Sam, can you do me a favour and just push your order through all the way to the end. I'm being told it will work, you won't lose your plan and get the bill credit offer as well. 
Will I be charged? It shows that my card will be charged $125. Because unfortunately even if you can refund via my bill over the next month or so, I currently need my funds as this is December. I was hoping to not pay anything with this transaction.

Well Sam, Arpril 1st is still a few months away so I don't think this meant to be a prank. 🙂 There could be something on your account, behind the scenes, that's causing the issue. Can you send us a private message on Facebook and we will try to fix it for you? We are still dealing with an influx of inquiries from this week's Cyber Monday sales, so we maybe slower than usual to reply but we will.
