Is TAB cancelled after returning the phone? Does not reflect online self-serve

I returned my iPhone 5s to koodo and got a refund on the phone. Is the account cancelled? I can still log into the account as if it were still active. I only had the phone for 4 days, Will I be billed for the whole first month which would be $53? I went over the prorated period. Thanks

It might take time for the Tab balance to be updated. You will have to pay the prorated bill amount since you went over the limits but if the rep accepted the phone back it should be done. Maybe just call customer service to confirm. 1-866-995-6636
I called customer service and yes Jonathan you are correct, but they want me to wait to make sure it indeed changes on the account. Thanks for information!
