Is Koodo down in the Kamloops area? I haven't had any service in the past six hours. I've tried rebooting my iPhone 5s and I've also tried removing the SIM card and putting it back in. Any suggestions?

Hi Keanna, There is no way for us to tell wether the network is down or not without contacting Koodo directly. To make sure your phone is not having any issues you can try the following steps: -Turn all wireless communications off (You can do this by using airplane mode) for a few minutes and turn it back on. It should reset your connection to the network. -Turn the phone off for a few minutes (This can also replace the first step) -Verify that you are not connected to another network by accident in your settings. If you do the following and are still experiencing issues, you will have to wait until morning and give Koodo a call (1 (866) 995-6636). Hope this helps!
