Is anyone else experiencing loss of service with the update?

Hello Kaila.

I haven't been experiencing loss of service. An update shouldn't cause this neither.
I am dialing *611 to top up my prepaid account and it tells me I am not covered to call out but then tell me to dial *612 to top up which I can't do. Plus the koodo website us updating so I can't use the self serve option online to top up my account. Help!!!

Sorry Wendy but until the system update is complete we are all in the same situation as you. Unable to access our accounts.

Hi Windy - I could not log in using my cell phone, but here I am using my desk top
