I am with the company for more than 4 years now. I cannot find any help and I do not see any improvement. I will seriously consider cancelling my account and go somewhere else.

I believe there was a note saying there was delay of 5,7 business day (or 1,2 week) for the CPO iphone 8. Some other CPO phones also are having a delay in their webstore. I would suggest you wait. The message above was a standard message, they sent to everyone.
