I purchased my iPhone 7 Plus (A1784) directly from Apple. I'm currently with Bell and trying to switch over to Koodo. When I punched my IMEI into the Koodo SIM card page it said, "Your device will not work on our Network". That must be an error, right? I'm pretty sure Koodo uses the same towers as Bell and Telus so how could my device not work with them?
Follow-up question, I'm signing up online but it doesn't provide any details on the SIM card. I'm guessing this is one of those "one size fits all" SIM cards that you can break to fit?
