Iphone 5s wont connect to service


I just activated a sim card with koodo, but my iphone 5 hasnt connected to koodo yet and still has no service. i have tried turnung it off and restarting it. i have my 3g data on. ????

Try the following:

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Your phone will restart and you'll lose any saved WiFi passwords, but the rest of your data will stay on the phone.

Is it possible the SIM card was not properly activated? Will / did it work in another phone? Was it tested anywhere after activation to confirm it did indeed work? If not, you may wish to take some of these steps, and also confirm the number on the SIM card matches that in your self serve profile.
