Koodo Community

iphone 5s No Service

All other phones on our koodo accts are working, but my son's iphone says no service.  We have tried updating, restarting, airplane mode etc that the community forum suggested with no change.  Any new suggestions?  Account is paid and up to date...

If you have already done all that I would suggest calling Koodo from a different phone than the iPhone and see if the rep is able to provide more troubleshooting steps.

Have you disabled 3G thinking that 3G = data?
