iphone 5 s says no service after upgrading plan


I just called koodo about an hour ago to change my plan to a plan with data. i have an iphone 5s they told me to power off my phone for about 5 minutes then back on and the changes would be active. I did exactly what the guy told me to do but instead of my data being turned on my phone says no service. ive tried everything to fix it . ive restored my phone ive tried turning on and off the airplane mode ive tried turning off and on my 3g network and i reset my network settings and i also powered it off and removed the sim and put it back in and it still is saying no service after and hour. please help what do i do? i have no phone to call koodo because it is my only phone. someone please help me?

it says its active but my phone still says no service

Try to restore your network connections. Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings You'll lose your saved wifi passwords but this could fix your issue
