The data used to work on my phone when I first got it last September but then after a few months it stopped. For a while I didn't really care because I had no use for it but now I need to be able to access data. I called koodo tech support and they told me to plug my iPhone into my computer and boot up iTunes. Apparently should have popped up a "Network Update" window but it didn't. I called tech support a second time and was told to do a backup and restore. I did this as well to no avail. I have no idea what to do about this, any help would be appreciated!
