So yea, as my title states, I feel as though everyone on the "old" iPhone 3 Year Term plans are being ripped off, to put it gently. If you try to go into the self serve to change your plan to a lower iPhone plan, say your on the 80 and want to go to the 70 or the 60 due to needing a lower cost plan, you can't. Koodo has removed all those plans from their systems and the only way to get on one of them for now is to call retentions and get them to make an "exception" so you can downgrade and stay on the current contract. I am just wanting to know how many people on here have a 3 Year Term with Koodo and who is upset with this. I figure the more people that are upset that they are getting the "bums rush" with this new change in their plans and the tab, will hopefully get this to the higher ups so they can see how many people are upset and then hopefully correct it. I for one am seriously on the verge of cancelling my service and then going to a different provider.
