I just received my new phone and the volume buttons are clearly uneven. The volume up button is lower and mushy. Can I go to an Apple store for a replacement or do I have to do it through Koodo?

Yes, you could get it replaced at an Apple store. You could go to an Apple store and ask a “genius” to check. Koodo path is also an option, but you would have to wait awhile for the replacement.
