Trade-in is only available at a Koodo kiosk (which is closed due to covid19 as of now). They don’t have trade-in for online purchases
You can try this link to find the trade-in value (from Telus but the value should be similar) https://www.telus.com/en/on/mobility/services/trade-in I did a quick search, the value for an iphone 11 64GB is around $380. You might want to sell it via other source, and get better deals.
