International Data, Minutes and Text


Hey, I added International Data, Minutes & Text from my cell phone by texting ALL40 and I received the confirmation. I am supposed to have 50MB data, 50 minutes and 50 text, but I don't see these usage available and it shows $16 charge for 2MB data used. Would you please check. Thanks.

You will have to keep track yourself as there is a lag time for roaming partners to report usage. If you're getting charged for data despite having the add-on active then you will have to contact Koodo when you get back in Canada or perhaps now send a private message to Koodo's Facebook page to have the data charge corrected.
