For the last week my iPhone SE has had intermittent failures to connect to the Koodo network. Sometimes it reports 'Invalid SIM' and sometimes it just says 'No Service'. Rebooting the phone or putting it in Airplane mode for a few seconds usually gets it to function again. My son's phone has been exhibiting the same behaviour. Is this coincidence that both SIM cards fail at the same time, or is this a problem with Koodo''s network? Has anybody dealt with this problem? Has Koodo offered an explanation or solution?
