Incoming call problems - network down?

Is the Koodo network in Calgary down again? Having problems again receiving incoming calls. They are going straight to voicemail. Text messages are taking over 10 minutes to receive. I've already tried powering off my iphone 5s completely and waiting 5 minutes to turn it back on. This doesn't resolve the problem.

Hi Genie,

Have you also removed the SIM card from the phone while it was powered off?

If you have, then reset the network settings (Settings --> Cellular --> Cellular Data Network --> Reset Settings (All the way at the bottom))

If you do this and it's still happenning, let us know!
