Im a new customer. i bought a sim card at a Koodo kiosk. how do i port out my number and switch to koodo.? there a no koodo agents/kiosk in my area

Are you wanting to activate a prepaid account or postpaid account?

For prepaid you can activate here https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/

For postpaid you will have to call into Koodo customer service. 1-866-995-6636

No. For tasks you could complete on selfserve, there is a charge, but for things you could not do yourself, there is no fee charged.

A call first thing in the morning will likely be the fastest route.

Is your phone active? You should be able to log into self serve and choose "change my number" you'll be given the option to port an active number from another carrier if memory serves me correctly.
