Illegal $5 US Data Usage Charges


I was driving across the border on March 30, 2016. Data Raoming is turned off on my iphone. Koodo charges me $5 DATA US usage on my bill on page 3. Data history on self-serve shows 0.00MB usage. Please get this $5 illegal charges fixed. Thanks.

Hello Jerm,

In order to fix billing issues, you will need to contact Koodo (www.m.me/Koodo or *611) or wait for an employee to address your problem (on the forum) because we are only volunteers and we don't have access to your account.

Are you sure the charge is for data and not texting? As well, keep in mind you only have 30 days to dispute any charges on your account.

I thought it was 90 days to dispute any charges Allan?

Unless they changed it and havent updated the Service Terms to reflect it they say: What if I do not understand or disagree with a charge on my bill? To ensure that you have time to confirm that the charges on your bill are correct, we give you thirty days from the date you receive your bill to review your charges and contact Koodo with any dispute.
