I was told why I signed up for Koodo I could put my phone number on seasonal and it would cost $15.00 a month, can I do this online?

It requires contacting Koodo directly. Easiest to contact them by Private Message on their Facebook page or DM from Twitter. Using *611 from your phone is also an option, but wait times are sometimes long.

Also keep in ind you won't be charged 10$ for doing this since you can'T do it by yourself.

Did you just sign up?  If so, you can't just put your account on seasonal hold.

To be eligible, your account must be in good standing and active for at least 90 days.
