I was forced to change base plans and I lost some money, I want those back!


I was forced to change my base plan because the web says that my account status has been expired, because it didn't reactive though I topped up my account, the only thing I could do to reactivate it is to change my base plan. So I switched my original $15 monthly base plan to $25 monthly base plan. But I don't actually need it. After I made the change, I immediately found that I still could change back to my original base plan, so I did that. But I didn't know that I have to pay again!!! I paid $25 first then I paid $15. So I paid $40 in total just for a $15 plan! What can I do to get these $25 back? It means a lot to me, plz!

Phone customer service, 1-866-995-6636, politely explain your situation, and see if they'll give you a credit. They're the only ones who can make any kind of adjustment to your bill.
