I was billed 3 times for my tab pay off for one phone, , I know it's an error, I just don't know how to go about solving it.

You can wait here for a bit, and I expect a Koodo rep will check it out for you. If that has not happened by tomorrow, possibly sending a message through Koodo's Facebook or Twitter accounts would be next simplest means to have an adjustment.
