I wanted a US plan an accidentally got 2 within minutes of each other is there any way this can be corrected?


I was going to the US for a week with my family and accidentally got 2 us plans which was realized on my bill is there any way this can be corrected?

If you went over the alloted add on, I believe it automatically adds another one or it goes into overage. Either way if it's an error, customer service can tell you that and can fix it. *611 from your phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any phone. It doesn't cost anything.
