I want to pay my cell bill phone using self serve menu but I keep on receiving a message that I the billing address is different from credit card address. I called for assistance and they couldn't help me. Why would a company have a self serve menu and not work. My banking information has the same information of the billing information. ONCE AGAIN I called for assistance and the answer I got was: sorry we cant help you, maybe you should pay your bill at the bank or cancel the line, wtf!!!. Nonsense, I will just probably just pay my tab and change company.
