I want to do automatic monthly payments for my daughter's phone, but I am not too sure if it working. Her phone says "no service".


no service on my daughter's iPhone.   I do have money on her account and want have signed up for monthly payments.

Are you on prepaid? Did you setup automatic payment / top up yet? It usually takes a billing cycle to come into effect. Did you restart the phone and pill out the som card and back in?
Yes, we are on a prepaid.   I accidentally set up her phone as a one time payment, not realizing it.   Then her phone stopped working and said no service.   I then went on to her account, and set up automatic payments, plus I topped it up with $15 so she can get service right away.   I has been 24hr and her SIM and phone is still not working.   It still says no service.   I did take out the SIM and put it back in.   Please advise.    Thanks in advance.

You will need to top up manually one more time, so it's active again. Next month the auto top-up will work fine. Edit: oops I missed where you said you topped up manually, apologies. What does self service show, does it say the account is active?
