I cancelled my Kood servicemen Nov as I was in the US for 5 months. I want to restart service. Can I do this online?

Where on earth are you seeing that it will take two weeks?
I used the Koodo service last summer. I canceled my plan in October because I was going to reside in the us for 5 months. Know want to activate my phone
How do I activate online? O
I was told the systems were down when i tried activating my cell online. So the best thing to do is to go to koodo and they will activate it for you. Anyways thats what i did.
Why am I not getting a reply to any questions?
Are all your systems down??.
