I transfered my number from rogers to koodo. I tranfered on Thursday but I cant text no one. please help me.

Hi there... Probably you are on what we call Mixed Service, means that your phone has not been completely transferred to Koodo, probably because there was a problem with the information you provided about your Rogers account... My suggestion to you will be to Call Customer Service, then they will inquiry with the Porting department to see what the issue is and what other information Koodo needs to complete the port request (make sure you have your Rogers account number, Pin number if you have one or IMEI from the phone you were using with rogers)...
Are you able to place and receive calls?
