I simply cannot log into my mobile app, even though my username and password are correct.


Tried to log in but can't. Checked with the desktop version, and username and password are definitely correct.

Hi Alexander,

Check the spelling of your e-mail address. It happened to me where I entered a comma instead of a period in the e-mail address and I wasn't able to tell the difference at first glance....

the spelling is correct, I checked a couple times before posting here. Also restarted my phone, re-installed the app, but nothing works

Is it work on desk top?
Can you log into self serve account?
Yes my desktop version works perfectly fine. I just got my Prepaid-Sim today and activated it and set up my self serve account and everything, but the App won't let me log in.

Self serve App is only available for post paid unfortunately....

If you have a prepaid account, then you have to access to self serve account.
