I signed up for the $49 plan/1GB of data with a promotional +1GB but my data usage on my account shows only 1GB, any thoughts?


Was just wondering if this is a mistake.. should it say I have 2 GB?

Hey Rob, Dennis is correct, but don't you worry any data used as part of the 1 extra gb between the date you signed up and the feature appearing on your account will be credited. So you indeed have access to 2 gigs now.
Thanks Dennis & Bernard for clarifying. I was wondering the same, just got the 2GB +1GB / $57month plan and my profile is stating 2GB. Better service + 1/2 the cost of my former provider, yes please!

The same applies 🙂 The 1GB will be added shortly, but if you do by any chance go over 2GB of data in between that time, the charges will be credited 🙂
