I signed up for a plan with Koodo for $45. Since the first month I have been charged extra.


I signed up for a plan with Koodo for $45. Since the first month I have been charged extra. Everytime I try to call Koodo or try to resolve this issue nothing seem to work out. It was the worst decision I have taken to switch my services from rogers to Koodo.

Have you logged into self serve and checked your pdf ebill?

Hey! When bills are higher than expected is because you did something that is not included in your plan... I will suggest to log into self serve and check your detailed bill, that will give you the answer... But no company will overcharge you just because...
Did you bring your own phone, or pay it off when you signed up? If not you have to pay for your "Tab" on your phone each month until it is paid off.
