I realized my bill balance went up because my BYOD credit has not reflect on my current bill for some reason.


I realized my bill balance went up because my BYOD credit has not reflect on my current bill for some reason. I've been paying $45 plus tax and I got the $10 BYOD credit  in the past 7 months. Can you take a look into it why the credit is not reflecting?

I believe the BYOD credit is only for SIX months.

As Cory said, the bill was either applied for a period of 6 month or 12 months depending on the promotion you got.

You can give us a call and we can take a look. However, you are on an ineligible plan (out of province) for your region and will be switched to an in market plan.
