I ordered two phones yesterday (separate orders). Order #1 was for an existing Koodo customer... I received the phone within 24 hours. Order #2 was for a new Koodo account, phone and plan. I received the confirmation that the order was placed, and that I would receive further information once the order has been verified. I haven't received any further information yet, but have already received the phone in the mail from the order #1. Who can I contact to follow up with my order?
