I placed an online order and received email, but no shipping confirmation yet, who can I contact?

I ordered two phones yesterday (separate orders).  Order #1 was for an existing Koodo customer... I received the phone within 24 hours.  Order #2 was for a new Koodo account, phone and plan.  I received the confirmation that the order was placed, and that I would receive further information once the order has been verified.  I haven't received any further information yet, but have already received the phone in the mail from the order #1.  Who can I contact to follow up with my order?

Hi Kevin is the second order possibly one of the phones that are on backorder, which phone is it exactly including color and storage size?
