I activated this plan in mid november of the 16th, however i am still being charged for long distance and am being told that my plan was made effective early decemeber which is false.. I had this problem earlier this month and had long distance charges removed due to their error. However now i am being charged again for the same reason with no help.

Hi Rabjot, try logging into self serve>plans and add ons> then check to see if you still have the long distance minutes added, that might be why you're being charged again. Otherwise, you'd have to call again and explain the situation to get your money back.
