I paid my bill in full on Friday morning and have no service today on Sunday morning!


I do my bill fridy june 16 and have no service today June 19

How long were you overdue? Did you get a warning message that you would get disconnected? Are you sure that you were disconnected if not? If so you will need to contact Koodo directly in order to get it reinstated. There's a 35 dollar reconnection fee. Maybe it can get waived or reduced if you show confirmation of paying before disconnecting. It no guarantees.
Thanks I was a month behind but no I didn't get any warning. There is no SIM this morning and it still says I owe so it is the bank takes 3-5 days but they should have a system where you can report a payment so they don't suspend your service.

Well for the future you can speak with Koodo ahead of time explaining that you cannot pay on time for x reason and working something out so that service is not suspended but payment is arranged for q certain time.

Laurie, I think you have 2 lines. At least based on the search I was able to do on your name. Which one are you talking about? What are the last 2 digits of your number?
