I no longer want my bill paid through my Visa Account. How do I change this?


I no longer want my |Koodo Mobile bill paid through my Visa Account.  How do I change this?
I have a 5S,  and the location is Kelowna, B.C.  The plan is I pay X number of dollars per month, $40.00.

Your account is not set up for pre-authorized billing Marilyn as of October. However, you payment was due and is now behind. Pls make a payment online as soon as you can to ensure service continuity. Hope this helps!

i HAVE BEEN TRYING ALL DAY TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT FROM vISA TO ON LINE BANKING.  wsHY IS THIS SO ODIFFICULT\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\/

Because there is nothing to change. As I said above, your account is not set up for pre-authorized billing. Therefore nothing needs to be changed. 
Paid today through on line banking which is the ony way I want to pay my bill. NOT VISA!!!

Exactly. It's your call how you pay. You paid using your VISA the last time, you didn't this time. If you mean you used your online banking, bear in mind banks take 2-3 business days to transfer the funds. So, in the future you may wan to consider that to avoid late payment fees.

Marilyn, no one was making pay through Visa.  I know you sound very frustrated, but without further details about the issue it is very difficult for us on the other to help you when all you say is you dont want to pay with visa.  Was there an error on the web page or something that only shows payment by visa or something?.
