I need to deactivate my account as I no longer in Toronto. However, I couldnt get hold of then customer support via phone and wasn't manage to cancel my account via self-serve. Pls advise what I should do now

You do need to call in Cindy. The only way to cancel an account. Wait time are indeed longer give the back-to-school period, but someone will connect with you.
