I need my service provider turned back on.

I am currently using an iPhone 6. I hadn't used my phone for about four months because I left the country so I exchanged my sim cards, in the space of those four months I paid my outstanding bills. Now I'm back in Canada and my service provider is still down. Please help. URGENT!!

Hi Obidgbo, 

Go in the phones settings and reset the network settings (Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network). If that does not work, you might have to perform a factory restore while the Koodo SIM card is in the phone.
