I lost my cell phone


I lost my cell and want to use an old one that I have until my contract is up. Can I?

Since you say your cell phone has been lost, that would mean that you no longer have your SIM card either. Notify Koodo immediately so that the phone can't be used and charges made against your account. In order to use your old phone, you will need to purchase a new SIM card from Koodo ($10) and activate the new card on your account. Insert the SIM card into your old phone and you will be able the phone with your telephone number.

OK, you can't cancel it in this forum. You need to call it in. If you have a negative tab, it'll be charged to your bill as part of the cancellation process
