I just went to pay my bill and have been overcharged 5 dollars? I


I went to pay my bill and noticed an added 5$ charge on my bill I have payed my bill in good standing since I got my phone and have not added any extras to it since then. I have no clue where the added charge came from and would like answers as to why I have been charged.

Hi Kaitlyn, I imagine this is not your first bill? Were you able to access detailed billing via self-serve? Perhaps it'd indicate usage on page 3?

The charge looks to be for data overage Kaitlyn.. but I see that you were supposed to have been blocked on the final day of your bill cycle, when you reached your limit. If you shoot us a private message on Facebook, an agent will validate you as the account owner and help look into this with you, and if it's an error on our end it'll be corrected.
